wow not blogged on here for a longggggggggggggg time! lol oh well here goes...
went to watch potc3 on friday heres what i thought...
as uncle simon pointed out the film was 168mins almost 3hours long!! not good when ur dying for the loo half way through...probably shouldve sat on the premier seats even though we only bought standard seats, no1 wouldve known.
the film consisted of some gr8 action probably better than the action n special effects of the first two. there was so much double crossing n back stabbing between the characters which was good to watch, after all they are pirates... but there was some rather unecessary subplots, i thought the one about tia dalma being the god calypso was abit surreal, no need for it. they couldve concluded the story with her and davey jones with something far less complicated!! without saying much i can say theres not ur typcial romantic 'happy ending' for elizabeth and will which was good to know. jack sparrow was good throughout the bits of the film he was in! but i thought the scene where theres a hole ship full of jacks was like whoaa whats that all about!!
overall id say the film was good but obviously as is the case with any trilogy, the first one was the best
the ending leaves open talk of a fourth film, something to do with the 'fountatin of youth' im guessing
What's one of your favorite quotes?

Like 'sanj' has already mentioned (she beat me to it!) i have this sort of hierarchy of incompetent people we have come across... mind you they're all as bad as each other so i dont know who should go at the top!
Lilly from maccys: she managed to mistaken FISH FINGERS for CHICKEN MC NUGGETS lol unfotunate for my bro cos he couldnt eat them, although uncle ray gladly offered to eat them, rather than let them go to waste lol...
the next time we went, mum decided to tell another worker who was more than happy to give Lilly, who looked like she'd been sleeping in the back, a good telling off! imagine a man with long hair in a net and an asian accent laughing at a half asleep chinese Lilly who didnt even know what day it was! we havnt seen her since, maybe she got fired...
The guys at Comet: well there was the guy who didnt know a thing bout the printer so just decided to read the spec out to us, as if we cudnt do that ourselfz!
but i prefer the guy at the till, when we were asking something about my laptop, i told him it was HP, in reply he said, 'so it isnt hewlett packard then' LOL
The RBS, where ive got a bank account: 2day i had to go in again cos they still havnt got round to changing my address! and their excuse was, my signature on the form i filled doesnt match the one they hold in my file...well hello i was 12 at the time of the signature they hold! and when mum tried telling the woman its there own fault and they shouldnt be sending statements to my old addy she was like what?!?
incompetent or what man...
When it comes to exams there are thousands of different ways to revise...mind maps, using images, mnemonics (however you spell it) and the list goes on. We've learnt about all these different skills however the only way for me seems to be...CRAMMING!
I'm used to just revising a couple of days before my exams but this year i couldnt even manage that.
Oh well, lets just say i definately prefer subjects which are more coursework based than exam based!
