We see what we wanna see
As Vox kindly email me a neighbourhood update, i have just spent the last hour or so reading my neighbours' posts. Im happy to say there is a good mix of posts there, in particular Yahya's. I have been meaning to do a post on September 11th (originally planned for early September but i never got round to it) as i had so much to say on the issues surrounding, it but i feel as if i kind of missed the boat now.
So very briefly, i don't believe Osama Bin Laden is hiding in a cave, if he was why can't we find him, according to Gene Hackman in the Will Smith film (??) we can find anything with our satellite technology. He's probably living in the White House, and comes out every year to make his anniversary film to remind us he did do it and he is out there.
There are many conspiracy theories/rumours that have been unfounded and disproved but many that have yet to be explained, and if they indeed were just theories why doesnt the media, press deal with these issues by making a programme conspiracy theories - revealed? Why instead do they make documentaries like the 911 Millionaire Widows - telling us how the widows of dead firefighters got a million dollar payout and then ran off with their best friend, who cares? Wheres the enquiry? The black box of the plane? Who were the dancing Israelis? Why weren't the planes shot down before they got to the tower? Why do the press ignore these unanswered questions? When will the keymaster keep quiet and become a Muslim? Why did the American people re-elect George Dubya? Robert FIsk mentioned in a recent article that the Hijacker Mohammed Atta detailed in a letter allegedly written by him and found by the CIA that he told his comrades to recite the prayer (which any Muslim would know and would not need reminding of), this alone does not mean he wasn't the one who was involved in the attack but should question any normal person why he would write such a thing in a letter?

The video brings tears to my eyes and a lump in my throat. The language is so strong, and rightly so. If there ever were a good reason to use language like that. I am not sure about the "right of abortion", but that's another kettle of tomaytoes (or is it tomartoes).
